Mrs. Thủy, a 62-year-old woman, is married with grown children. She and her husband belong to an ethnic minority and live in a remote mountainous area of Cẩm Thủy district. For over a decade, the couple’s primary income has come from a small convenience store they run at home, serving local residents. Their monthly income from the store is approximately $236.

In addition to managing the store, Mrs. Thủy and her husband grow vegetables and raise poultry to supplement their meals. To meet the rising demand from customers during the year-end holiday season, Mrs. Thủy is seeking her fifth loan from Thanh Hóa MFI. She plans to use the loan to stock up on more goods for the store, ensuring she can provide the products her community needs.
