Nhiễu's story
Mrs. Nhiễu, 61 years old, is a widow whose children have all grown up. She belongs to an ethnic minority group and lives in a remote mountainous area in Cẩm Thủy district. Currently, she lives with her son's family. For over 30 years, her primary work has been growing industrial crops for timber and raising chickens and ducks on a small scale. However, due to her low income, Mrs. Nhiễu also works as a domestic helper for local families to make ends meet.
Despite the challenges, Mrs. Nhiễu is determined to improve her family’s situation. She has a plan to purchase high-quality acacia seedlings and fertilizers to expand her tree plantation, which will not only provide a better income after approximately seven years but also contribute to sustainable agriculture in her community.
However, she lacks the necessary funds to get started. Therefore, Nhiễu asked for this fifth loan from Thanh Hóa MFI to support her plans.
