Maria Enma's story

María lives with her husband and two children, who are underage. She has family living abroad.

María has a business selling tamales, so she can generate income for her family, which she learned from her mother. María established her business 12 years ago and works two days a week, from 8am to 1pm. She does not have employees.

She is requesting this loan to strengthen her business. She will use the funds to buy corn in bulk to make her tamales, and to renovate her working equipment by buying large pots and building a larger stove.

María hopes that her sales and profit will increase, so she her and her family can have a better quality of life. Her dream is to be financially stable to build her own home.
