Gali's story

Gali is a Babban Gona maize farmer living in Kaduna State, Nigeria. He is married with 5 children. He grows maize to support his family. All his children are able to school with the profits from his farm. He expects to reap up to 40 bags of maize per hectare, which is double the national Nigerian average of 18 bags of maize per hectare. Gali will also be trained on the best agronomic practices for his farm to have ideal yields and Babban Gona will provide support to him.

Through this loan, He will get access to high-quality seeds and fertilizers that will make his crop grow to ensure a bountiful harvest and even greater profits. Gali's goal for the season is to increase his farm's size and hopes to earn enough income to expand his farmland.

With lenders' help to grow his farming business, Gali believes that he can build a better house for his family, buy a tractor and more advanced farming tools, add to his savings, provide a better life for his family and make more memories with them.
