Edith Paquita's story

Edith Paquita and her family live in Los Arenales, a place of beautiful beaches and hardworking people dedicated to fishing.

She is a hardworking woman who, alongside her husband, seeks to earn her living and so take her family forward, something which is possible only with the help they receive from the loans for which Edith is very grateful and asks that people keep helping her. She has a shop in her house where she sells green and ripe bananas which she sells from her house or sends to local businesses which buy them from her. Part of the loan is used by her husband for fishing. He and his sons go out to sea to fish and when they return Edith helps them clean and sell the fish.

The loan is to buy bananas, lard, salt, nets, string, fuel and other fishing materials.
