Favio Ramon's story

Favio, age 44, lives in a faraway community called Pugara, of the Cahuasqu parrish, Imbabura province, in the northern part of Ecuador.

Favio is a hardworking and responsible man who has worked his entire life in farming. He has granadilla crops and plants seasonal crops such as peas and beans. These activities have given him resources to support his family.

Favio is requesting a loan to buy manure, fertilizers, and fungicides for his granadilla crops that currently are in a growing cycle. They need more care in order to not lose quality and be sold for a good price and profit margin.

Favio is grateful for all the help and trust that he has received. His crops are his main source of incomes to give his family a good financial stability.
