Rosa Alexandra's story
This is Rosa, a recent high school graduate who strives to lead an active work life. She is known for her cheerfulness, joviality, thirst for knowledge and love of nature. She lives with her parents in the community of Galte Jatun Loma in a house made of cinder blocks and zinc. Near her home is her grandmother's straw house where Rosa spends many nights with her beloved grandmother.
During the day Rosa and her father grow potatoes, corn and broad beans. This way she is able to save to further her education and with more knowledge be able to do the farm work her parents do and become a larger distributor of quality organic produce.
Rosa is seeking a loan to buy seeds and farm supplies to expand her crop production and earn more income for her humble household.
