Juan Jose

Juan Jose's story

Juan José is a cacao grower and entrepreneur who lives in the community of San José de Bocay – Jinotega, which is in northern Nicaragua. He owns a farm that measures 11.97 hectares, of which 2.11 hectares are used for growing cacao. Juan José has 35 years of experience in this business. In addition to cacao, he grows coffee, bananas, and basic staple crops.

Part of improving his harvest for this crop cycle involves requesting a loan to buy supplies and pay for labor. As a result, he can provide his cacao crops with the nutrients they need to produce a quality harvest.

Juan José has demonstrated that he is a responsible person. This season, he will create 10 jobs for people in his community. This is his second loan with PAC.
