A loan of $1,575 helps to buy farm seedlings, fertilizers and insecticides.
Adi Senimili's story
As another season comes round, many subsistence farmers lack savings to buy inputs for their next planting. Adi Senimili's husband is a farmer who cultivates cassava and taro on their small farm. She has applied for a loan to invest in new inputs, fertilizer and insecticides. The yield from their efforts will help meet the needs of her 3 children, at least until the next cropping season. Adi Senimili hopes the coming harvest will be good and will protect her family’s standard of life.
