Candelaria

Candelaria's story

Candelaria lives with her partner and a 14-year-old daughter. She has another daughter who is already an adult and lives in a different home. She has no relatives living abroad.

Candelaria's business is selling cashew nuts. She started it 8 months ago. She learned the trade from her mother. She runs the business from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. She has no employees. Her advantage with the business is that she has no competition.

Candelaria is requesting a loan because, through it, she will be able to improve her business. The investment will consist of the purchase of raw cashew nuts and honey, thus supplying and diversifying the inventory of her business. She will roast the cashew nuts herself to put them on sale and reduce costs. She hopes that the investment will help her increase her profits.

Her aspirations are to grow her business and have economic stability to cover the basic needs of her home and be able to pay off the debt acquired.
