'Ivako
A loan of $875 helps to buy mulberry and tapa paper for her tapa making business.
'Ivako's story
Ivako still manages to operate this tapa-making business with no fail. She started this tapa-making business more than 10 years ago. She is 43 years of age, married to a fisherman, and a mother of three kids. They all live together in their own house.
Ivako makes a living for her family by making tapa with her own hands. She joined a group consisting of 10 members. They produce whole tapa, and sometime they make a soft tapa from the mulberry. Their tapa is designed with different sizes and styles. She sells out because of affordable prices and good quality. Most of her tapa is exported to New Zealand for marketing.
She earns good income from her tapa-making business. That money is used for her family's needs, kids' tuition fees, and also her repayments. She applied for this loan to assist her in buying more mulberry for her tapa-making business.
