Rosa Amanda's story
This is Rosa, a humble, 53-year-old woman who is married with three children. She and her family live in an urban area where they have difficulties with water scarcity and streets that are not paved. She works making and selling tortillas, and also receives remittances from abroad which enable her to support her family.
Today, she has visited the nearest MiCrédito office to request a Kiva loan which will enable her to buy land to then build her house.
