Ngohe Group's story

This group was set up on 2nd November 1995. They work as traders and fatten livestock. They are mutually supportive and have a good relationship with each other.

Rose, who has her hand raised in the photo, is the group representative. She is married and has seven children, three of whom are girls. She is 52 years old. She fattens pigs. She buys the piglets, fattens them and then resells them. She also sells vegetables and juice. She gets her supplies at the weekly markets and resells her goods in her town.

She will use her profits to boost her business and provide for her children's education.
